In support of Paul James Testimonial year, the Ospreys Supporters Club are delighted to announce that we will be holding a Q&A with Paul in Ten21 (Paul’s bistro bar in Neath).
A Wales (66 caps), Ospreys (232 caps), Bath(56+ caps), Barbarians, Neath (23 caps), Skewen and Seven Sisters legend, Paul has given years of fantastic service to the game.
The Q&A will start at 8pm, with Paul & some of his rugby friends in attendance, however we would encourage supporters who want to attend, to book a table in Ten21 directly and sample the fantastic food on offer (Ten21 is ours from 6:30pm until late so book a table and enjoy an entire evening of good food, good drink and good debates about scrummaging – last food orders are 7:45pm but you don’t really want to be eating when Paul is talking do you? – get there nice and early!). We could recommend a whole long list from the menu, but its safe to say, you won’t be disappointed if you haven’t eaten there before…and the drinks selection is top notch.
If you want to attend the Q&A, please email lynne.jones101@btinternet.com as spaces are limited, as well as reserving tables if you are planning on eating directly with Ten21 on 01639631630.
If you’re really lucky, there may be some live acoustic music before and after the Q&A from our Riverside regular band D-Fibs.
There will be a donation on the door and also raffle tickets for sale on the night for some pretty special prizes. All proceeds from the night will be added to the funds already raised this season from the sale of OSC pin badges and this will all go towards Paul’s chosen charity.
Paul has decided to support the Mind Charity as part of his Testimonial activities as mental health is something that is of great importance to him. Although there has been an increase in media exposure of the topic of late, he still feels that the level of public support and understanding of mental health has a long way to go.
Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They can campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
